The English Dept. of Sekolah Tinggi Bahasa Asing (STBA) LIA wishes to have cooperation with Australian and New Zealand universities, institutes or colleges. The areas of cooperation will include any program offered at each institution, which is determined to be desirable and feasible for the achievement of these objectives. However, any specific program shall be subject to the availability of funds and the mutual agreement of the institutions. Such programs may include:
a. Exchange of faculty members
b. Exchange of students
c. Joint research projects
d. Joint cultural programs
STBA LIA has two departments, namely English and Japanese plus one Indonesian Language and Culture for Foreigners Program. An Australian student/faculty majoring Indonesian or Indonesian culture could then take the Indonesian program and in return we send our Indonesian student/faculty to learn in the English Dept.
