Already among the richest poetry and short story prizes in the world, the Ulrick prizes 2012 will award $20,000 to a single poem or suite of poems, and $20,000 to a single story.
Griffith University’s School of Humanities on the Gold Coast administers the Josephine Ulrick Literature Prize and the Josephine Ulrick Poetry Prize on behalf of the Josephine Ulrick and Win Schubert Foundation for the Arts. In 2012 there is:
$20,000 for a 1000 - 3000 word short story and $20,000 for an up to 200 line poem or suite of poems
